To buy a product, first choose the category you are interested in from our side menu (select from the Reason NN-XT, Kontakt 2, HALion 3, EXS 24 MK II, Emulator X/X2 categories). Then you can use the "add to cart" button underneath your product or get more details by clicking on the "::more details" text. When you're ready to purchase and download of your product, click on the "checkout" button, then click the "Buy now with PayPal" button. No registration, no fill-in forms!

We accept credit card payments via PayPal. By accepting credit card payments through the PayPal system we ensure that your private information is always 100% safe and secure. Please make sure to purchase the correct format for your needs. For example, if you use the Kontakt 2 sampler, it is the best to buy the Kontakt 2 versions of our products. However it is possible to convert between different formats, that way you will loose the highly customized and advanced settings of our sampler banks. Please read our licence agreement before purchasing!


HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE SAMPLER BANKS?

After you have passed through the checkout and made your payment by credit card or PayPal, you will be directed immediately to a special download page. No waiting, no hassles. You will also receive an email containing a link to the download page. You can only download the file(s) within 48 hours from the time you made your purchase. Also your download rights expire after 3 downloads. Our files are usually in between 150MB-1GB, so the download can take from a few minutes to several hours depending on your connection speed. Broadband internet connection (xDSL, cable, 3G/HSDPA, etc.) is strongly recommended.

Our products can be downloaded as ZIP files (.zip). After downloading the zip file, you can easily decompress it on both the Windows XP and Mac OS X (10.3 or higher) without any specific application. A zip file is a compressed archive containing all the files contained within the sample pack:
* the samplerbank file(s)
* a PDF user's guide (get Acrobat Reader here)
* an mp3 audio demo.

Troubleshooting for possible download problems:

* Left-click the download link, before you try right-click 'save-as', because our download links are controlled by a script that initiates the download.

* If you managed to download the file, but then when you try to unzip it you get a message saying the file is not in the right format, this may still mean that the file is damaged. In this case always try to download the file again. Clear the cache of your browser and also delete the incompletely downloaded file from your hard disk. Restart the browser and retry the download.

* Sometimes the internet (locally or globally) is overloaded, so you may also try the download at a different period of the day.

* It is best not to use the computer for any internet-bandwith- and/or CPU-demanding application while downloading.

* Disable any download manager/accelerator software, as multiple parallel downloading can use up all your 3 download attempts instantly!

* If you still have problems, disable any firewall or internet security software, because it's possible that they are blocking the script that initiates the download. If you think you may be behind a firewall at your workplace, try from a different location or contact your network administrator or tech support people.

* Mac users: Please avoid using the browser Internet Explorer when you download your files as it is not compatible with our system when used on a Mac. Mac users should use Safari, Firefox or Opera.
